Baptiste Gaydon has held various roles in renowned organizations, including his current position as an Associate Programme Management Officer at the United Nations Environment Programme, where he contributes to strategic program management and implementation.

He previously served as an Associate Professional at the Project Preparation Facility at Green Climate Fund, showcasing his expertise in project management and climate finance.

Furthermore, he gained valuable experience as an Associate Professional in Entity Relations and the Division of Country Programming at Green Climate Fund, emphasizing his strong understanding of climate change initiatives and international collaborations.

Prior to these roles, Baptiste served as an Operations Assistant in the Country Programming Division, indicating his hands-on involvement in operational activities within the climate finance sector.

His journey in the environmental and climate change field also includes internships at prestigious organizations such as the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, URBIT - Urbanistica Italiania SARL, and Istituto nazionale di urbanistica - Sezione Emilia-Romagna, where he honed his skills and deepened his knowledge.
