Barbara led the consolidation of decentralized Help Desks into a centralized global Service Desk, implementing ITIL processes, incident management, problem management, access management, service request fulfillment, knowledge management, and service catalog.

She excels at developing and mentoring technical professionals to enhance technical and business skills, thus improving the delivery of IT services and support.

Currently, Barbara leads a team of 15+ Systems Analysts supporting over 65 business applications for CIBC USA Bank, covering areas such as consumer banking, commercial banking, mortgage, Wire Operations, Capital Markets, Finance, Datawarehousing, BI tools, and CRM among others.

Barbara Hall holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology with a high GPA from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from DePaul University.
