Barbara Hewson is a self-employed barrister with licenses in England & Wales, Ireland, and Northern Ireland, practicing since 1985. She has a diverse legal background and has been involved in various high-profile cases across different legal fields.

Her expertise lies in Court of Protection & mental capacity, human rights, inquests, judicial review, mental health, privacy, and professional regulation, with special interests in reproductive rights and memory science. She is affiliated with ALBA and ARDL.
