Highlights
Thank you to the enrich members who joined for dinner in San Francisco last night! As usual, we had an opportunity to ask each other questions and share perspectives on a number of topics.
I particularly enjoyed hearing everyone’s different thoughts regarding how to motivate team members on shared goals and advice and learnings related to hosting team-specific town halls and AMAs.

“That felt like group therapy.” This is a reflection that an attendee at last week’s enrich dinner for executive leaders shared as we wrapped up our meal. He was smiling and had that warm glow of someone who has enjoyed an experience that was deeply connective.
In the past six months I have increased the facilitation work I have been doing and have particularly enjoyed supporting the members of enrich through facilitating dinners and peer groups.
Magical things happen when we gather and when we have intentionality around how we connect, what we discuss, and through creating a safe and supportive container to show up vulnerably and authentically.
Thank you to those who joined last week and I look forward to seeing some of you again soon at future dinners.
