She has served as the Innovation Project Lead for Skin Care at Lakmé (Unilever Enterprises Indonesia) and as the International Marketing Manager for L'Oréal Paris Skin Care in South Asia, showcasing her expertise in the beauty and personal care industry.

Prior to that, Belinda has demonstrated her skills in product management and brand development, having been a Group Product Manager at L'Oréal and a Senior Brand Development Manager at Unilever in both China and Indonesia.

Her vast experience includes overseeing brand strategies, leading regional marketing campaigns, and managing key accounts in the FMCG sector.
