Benedict Pinches, a seasoned programme contractor with over twenty years of experience, holds a Masters degree in Major Programme Management from the University of Oxford.

Passionate about enhancing the performance of large projects and programmes, Benedict established Oxford Major Programmes with a focus on this objective.

With expertise in strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, business transformation programmes, and programme delivery, Benedict is currently engaged in developing a new tool set for major programme managers.

His professional background includes roles as Digital Transformation Project Lead at Rhodes Trust, Course Leader at University of Oxford, and Founder of Oxford Major Programmes.

Benedict's diverse experience spans across various organizations including the National Grid, Saïd Business School (University of Oxford), and the Commission for Energy Regulation.

His specialities include governance, business development, people management, market positioning, and benefits realisation, among others. Benedict's current research interest lies in benefits realisation.

In addition to consultancy appointments, Benedict participates in voluntary work bridging project management practice and academia, demonstrating his commitment to the field.
