Batch #2 of our Essentials of Product Management is ending this week. I'm more than grateful for this 6 weeks intense journey with many fruitful discussions, case studies, breakout sessions, and exercises with our 11 participants.

Yesterday we started the last module "Building Quality Products Fast" focussing on Journey Mapping, prototyping and ways to break down feature requirements into tangible pieces.

All these weeks, Butter 🧈 has been an incredible tool to run our sessions, workshops, breakouts and discussions. Thanks for building such a great product! ❤️

Shoutout to some of our great participants Mary Wolf, Meike F., Anna Sundukova, Hannah Billenstein

BTW, Our next batch is starting September 2nd. ☝️ There's a 20% Early Bird discount until Sunday!

In the linked article I reflected on this accident realizing how much I took away from it – and alpinism in general – for my daily work as a product manager and product leader.
