We're releasing new games every 2-3 weeks on goatgaming.com, and our secret weapon is our AI native team. That's the same team of top tier creative veterans who've previously shipped games with Apple and Disney together. We just are AI native now. And we've 10x-ed our Production output. So, I thought I should share 2 quick AI related insights.

  1. Production time now up to 300% faster Producing a complete character pack for Mighty Action Heroes used to take 6 man-weeks. It now takes 1.5 man-week. And we managed to improve the quality on the Key Art / Promotional Art content in the process. For context, a character pack is composed of 3 LODs for in-game + animations + High-res 3D model + Key Art + Promotional Art. The same Production Artists who used to make these assets in 6 weeks have leveraged AI to simply develop and implement the solutions they needed to accelerate Production.

  2. RnD + Production done concurrently by one team We run RnD day-in, day-out, and we're at a point where, on the day a new method/model/API is made available, our team has tested it and already shipped a Production-ready pipeline. And, mind me, this is again done by the same Production team as above, not a separate RnD team. Same Artists, same devs.

So, it was not all smooth sailing over the past 1.5 year to define and implement the strategy that would successfully make us AI native, while we kept shipping Products at the speed of light. But it's been absolutely transformative. And, when results are like the above, there's 0 turning back.

And, cherry on the top, our pipelines and processes are at a point where we can package them into tools and best practices usable by third parties.

That's it for now. I'll be sharing more about our Ai related works, so follow me for future updates and let me know in the comments if you have any questions!
