His expertise spans video fingerprinting, abuse measurement, coordinated influence detection, and man + machine content review.

With a background in launching products in regulated sectors, data-driven problem-solving, and overseeing global expansion, Loney brings a wealth of experience to the table. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, as well as degrees in International Business, Economía Comercial, and Ingeniería Comercial from various universities.

Prior to his current ventures, Loney has been actively involved in organizations such as TrustLab where he was a Co-founder and President, Reddit, Inc. where he served as Chief of Staff, ByteDance as Director of Trust & Safety (GCDS), and YouTube in various capacities including Global Enforcement Manager, Scaled Abuse Team Lead, and Operations Strategist. Loney has also held positions at YouTube as the YouTube for Good Manager and the Policy & Operations Global Lead, showcasing his comprehensive understanding of online operations and safety measures.
