Throughout his career, Bertil has been associated with various organizations, such as The Black Donkey Project where he works as an Independent Consultant.

He has previously held roles as Director of Operations, Beverage Director, and business partner at Beehive Hospitality Boston Group for The Beehive and Beat Hotel-Brasserie.

Additionally, he served as the Head Manager-Sommelier at L'espalier Group/Sel de la Terre Restaurant, Director Of Food And Beverage at Manoir Hovey Relais&Chateau, and as an Independent Business Owner at both Allumette Hospitality Group Montreal and l'Agora Hospitality Group.
