Beth Zielinski is a passionate and results-driven professional with a background in improving student and alumni outcomes in community college, four-year college, and nonprofit foundation settings.

She has experience working with undergraduate and graduate students as well as alumni, focusing on creating successful academic and career pathways for high achieving students from diverse backgrounds.

Beth is known for her ability to build relationships, secure new partnerships, and advocate for students, including nontraditional, first generation, community college transfer, and undocumented/DACA students.

Committed to leveraging technology for enhancing work, she has a growing history of publications and presentations.

Beth holds an M.A.Ed. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and a B.A. from Randolph-Macon Woman's College.

Her professional experience includes roles at organizations like the Jackie Robinson Foundation and the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation, where she served in various capacities including data manager, alumni & career development specialist, senior education adviser, and program associate.

She has also worked at institutions like the University of Michigan College of Engineering, Ivy Tech Community College, and Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in roles related to academic advising, student support, and multicultural programming.
