Closing out the week with gratitude and coffee here :). SO thankful for Kyle Killingsworth, CEC, SPHR, SHRM-SCP. If you didn't know, he has a huge heart for helping and mentoring others--and I'm thankful to be one of those people.

He's given hours of his time to help me as I learn the ropes of managing strategic workforce planning for a global Christian organization. I know God put him in my life for this reason several years ago when I started speaking at SHRM conferences and met him--and I'm so grateful God knows what we need, and provides it, before we even ask Him.

Praying you all have a restful Labor Day weekend and that God puts Kyles in your life, too!
