We are overjoyed to be featured in Entrepreneur Media on Indigenous Peoples' Day! We're incubating the leaders of Native America and we are empowering them with financial independence and knowledge.

“I want to see really, truly empowered Indigenous people that feel like they can actually achieve their purpose in the world.” — This is why we do the work we do at Natives Rising to transform lives through tech careers and entrepreneurship in order to economically empower our communities for generations to come!

One of my favorite parts of getting to do this work with Danielle Forward is our commitment to holistic empowerment. Natives Rising also provides emotional health coaching. I am currently becoming a certified Neuroplasticity Practitioner and Danielle is certified, we have already seen first hand the effects that a positive mindset, our spiritual paths and belief change can have for our people and more broadly for all people.

Breaking down the data, over the past six months we have tripled the number of women in our Tech Fellowship program and hosted three life changing retreats and with our community representing over 200 tribes.

We have brought on five Indigenous Founders who have raised or done more than $1M in revenue for their companies to mentor the next generation through our Founder Circle program that will be deploying $50k grants to these aspiring Native entrepreneurs.

We have created true belief change in the next generation through our STEM camp where the number of female high school students who answered "How likely are you to pursue a college degree related to technology?" with "strongly agree" went from 0% pre-camp to more than 28% post-camp.

"Everybody can grow," Forward adds, "[so] keep focusing on what you do want and stay motivated on that path. It's the best thing you can do for yourself."

Thank you Amanda Breen for this amazing write up. Tagging some of our investors and allies who we are honored to do this legacy work with: Ali Hartman Dwana Franklin-Davis General Motors HOPPER-DEAN FOUNDATION Madison S. Thank you Nines it was so fun to chat about everything from manifesting to gardening and what home means to me ✨

“You can have this belief in yourself and think the most exciting thoughts in the world around everything you’ll accomplish — and deep down understand, it will be better than that.”
