Betty Lochner is a seasoned HR consultant, workplace communication specialist, and career and executive leadership coach. With over three decades of experience in public service in the state of Washington, Betty has served in various roles, from Director to Program Manager, Career Counselor, and Deputy Director, acquiring a wealth of expertise in corporate and government communication, human resources, and executive leadership.

Aside from her professional accomplishments, Betty also takes pride in her personal life as a wife, mother of two adult children, and a delighted Nana to five grandchildren. She cherishes her role as the head of the household to her mini-dachshund, Penny. In addition to her consultancy and coaching roles, Betty is an author of three books, '52 Communication Tips' and 'Intentional Gratitude', which are available on Amazon.com.

Betty Lochner holds a diverse educational background, having studied Personnel Administration, Public Executive Program, and Human Resource Management Certificate. She completed her studies in Communication with a minor in Music Performance at various institutions, including Western Washington University, University of Washington, and South Puget Sound Community College.

As the Owner, Coach, and Trainer at Cornerstone Coaching & Training, Betty Lochner draws from her extensive experience in executive leadership coaching. In the past, she has held roles such as Executive Leadership Coach at The Leneker Team, LLC, 529 Campaign Liaison Coordinator at Bozell, and Director of Organizational Development at Washington Student Achievement Council (WSAC), showcasing a well-rounded professional background in leadership development and HR management.
