Bianca K. Frogner is a distinguished health economist and tenured Professor in the Department of Family Medicine within the School of Medicine at the University of Washington.
She holds the positions of Director at the Center for Health Workforce Studies (CHWS) and Director of the Primary Care Innovation Lab (PCI-Lab), both housed in the Department of Family Medicine.
