Bianca Neff is a dual national of the United States and Spain, currently residing in Malaga, Spain, where she leads Petra Peacebuilders, a US 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on providing coaching and training services to empower individuals involved in global peacebuilding initiatives.
With a diverse background that includes residing in various countries such as the USA, Kyrgyzstan, Morocco, Kenya, and the UK, Bianca is deeply engaged in the Rotary International community and is actively involved in the Rotary Peace Fellow alumni network.
Described as an INTJ personality type by the Myers-Briggs assessment, Bianca Neff values quality work, nurturing relationships, and strives to unlock the full potential of individuals and organizations.
Her ambitious long-term goals involve establishing a retreat and training center in Europe to support peacebuilders, offering top-tier life coaching services to humanitarian and peacebuilding professionals, completing a PhD in reconciliation, leading a sustainable lifestyle, and indulging in her love for large dogs.

In her leisure time, she enjoys reading, playing tennis, cycling, and exploring the rural Costa del Sol on her motorcycle. An interesting tidbit about her is that she resides in a yurt.
In terms of education, Bianca pursued a Master of Arts in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution with Distinction from the University of Bradford, a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology and Inter-Cultural Studies from Toccoa Falls College, and completed the STAR Certificate program on Strategies for Trauma Awareness and Resilience at Eastern Mennonite University. She also engaged in General Studies at the University of Virginia.
