Bill Brady is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur in the sustainable energy and advanced materials industries with a strong background in leading global organizations and fostering emerging technology businesses.

He is the Founding CEO and Director of Kula Bio, a sustainable nitrogen fertilizer company, and a co-founder and director of Monolith Materials, a sustainable hydrogen company.

Furthermore, he serves on the board of directors of advanced material companies like Hollingsworth & Vose and Teknor Apex.

Previously, Mr. Brady held significant leadership roles such as President, CEO, and Director of Mascoma Corporation, a key player in industrial biotechnology, which was later acquired by Lallemand Corporation.

He also served as the Executive Chairman of Lux Research, overseeing its development and eventual sale to Bregal Sagemount.

With a vast experience of twenty-three years at Cabot Corporation, a specialty chemical company, Mr. Brady spearheaded various initiatives, including leading the $2 billion Carbon Black business and driving expansions in China and Brazil.

He played a crucial role in launching startup ventures within Cabot, focusing on ink jet colorants and elastomer composites.

Bill Brady is a graduate of the University of Scranton with a B.S. in Chemistry and holds an M.B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
