Bill Myers is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in live event production and staging, specializing in corporate events, product launches, executive forums, trade shows, and live performances. He has successfully managed events in 18 countries across 4 continents, demonstrating expertise in client relations, venue research, sourcing, RFP technical development, logistics management, budgeting, CAD, room design, production content management, scenic design, and creative development.

Bill excels in client relationship management, strategic analysis, planning, trends tracking, vendor relations, safety compliance, as well as new business development, budgeting, and cost negotiations. He is highly skilled in technical and production budgeting, CAD, room design, and production content management, with a demonstrated ability to lead show crews, source vendors and local labor, and ensure successful event outcomes.

With a Master's degree in Music Performance, Opera Theater, and Classical Studies from the University of West Georgia, Bill Myers brings a unique blend of artistic sensibility and technical expertise to his event production roles. He continues to innovate and provide exceptional event experiences by creating intimate meeting environments in challenging locations, while maintaining long-term relationships with clients and delivering profitable events.
