Bill Neburka

Principal at Works Partnership Architecture

Bill Neburka is a registered architect and the co-founder of Works Partnership Architecture, established in 2005 along with Carrie Strickland. With over two decades of experience in diverse building types, such as commercial, institutional, residential, and adaptive re-use/restoration, Bill is known for his thoughtful and sophisticated design processes. He holds architectural licenses in Oregon, Illinois, and New York. Bill has also shared his expertise as an adjunct professor of Architecture at Portland State University and the University of Oregon. Under his leadership, Works Partnership Architecture has received more than 30 design awards in the last eleven years, earning national recognition for their outstanding work, including prestigious accolades like the 2013 AIA NW&P Region Emerging Firm award, a feature in Architectural Record’s 2010 Design Vanguard publication, and a 2010 Progressive Architecture award.
