Over 85% of textile waste ends up in landfills each year.

This was shared with me by a friend whose family owns Delaware Valley Corporation (DVC), a business started by the late Dom DiMaggio of the Boston Red Sox.  DVC manufactures and customizes environmentally friendly non-woven fabrics.

I don’t endorse products, etc. on LinkedIn. But, I was impressed with DVC enough that I thought others might find it of interest as I decided to share it online.   DVC’s work in sourcing, manufacturing, and recycling eco-friendly fabrics - for industries that include for trucks, buses, autos, OEM, medical and furnishings - have led to a line of sustainable textiles that are not only environmentally conscious but also designed to be durable and long-lasting.   With a smaller ecological footprint over their lifetime, I think these textiles are a great choice for those looking to make a positive impact on the environment.

DVC has an impressive environmental policy, according to the Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs, as you can read about it in this case study at https://lnkd.in/dBsEeY7Q    #MassachusettsOTACaseStudy #sustainablemanufacturing #ecofriendlynonwoventextiles #Industrial #Trucks #Buses #medical   #customtextiles  #OEM #Construction #Furnishings #Geotextiles #DomDiMaggio #BostonRedSox
