Prior to his current roles, Blane Ruschak played a key role in facilitating the transition of new graduates into the workforce as the Executive Director of Campus Recruiting and University Relations for KPMG U.S. Additionally, he contributed significantly to various organizations, including a notable tenure as President of the Beta Alpha Psi board of directors and his involvement with the Education Foundation for Women in Accounting, AICPA Pre-certification Executive Education Committee, Accounting Program Leadership Group, Federation of Schools of Accountancy, and the American Accounting Association.
