Johnson received his J.D. from Indiana University in 1969 and his B.A. from Vanderbilt University in 1966. He is admitted to practice in Wisconsin, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin and the Northern District of Illinois.1
