Bobby Gondola, Jr. is a distinguished leader in the corporate, public, and social sectors with a notable background in education-focused organizations.

Having served as a senior leader at CCRI, New England's largest community college, Bobby has been instrumental in its recognition as America’s 2-year College of the Year by Education Dive.

His previous role at Hasbro, Inc. involved directing philanthropy and social impact initiatives, leading to the company being acknowledged as the #1 in CSR in the Consumer Items Industry by Corporate Citizens and #1 for Consumer Discretionary by Civic 50.

Bobby Gondola, Jr.'s interests lie in education, strategic planning, management, fundraising and philanthropy, talent and human capital, and marketing and communications.

Educationally, Bobby pursued an MPP focusing on Political Advocacy & Leadership and Strategic Management, Mobilization of Support, & Decision Sciences at Harvard University Kennedy School of Government.

He also holds a BA with concentrations in Studio Art (Painting), American Government, and Art History from Salve Regina University, as well as a PhD in Education from the University of Rhode Island.

Throughout his career, Bobby has held key positions such as AVP for Institutional Advancement & College Relations / Executive Director of CCRI Foundation at the Community College of Rhode Island.

His experience includes leadership roles as Director of Global Philanthropy & Social Impact at Hasbro, School Board Member at Providence Public Schools, and positions at various non-profits like Year Up, Opus 118 Harlem School of Music, WorldTeach, Nyumbani USA/Children of God Relief Fund, Inc., and Special Olympics.
