Bobby LaCivita is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Vice President, Research & Measurement at Group Nine Media, overseeing brand lift measurement, audience analysis, and marketing materials development for brands like Thrillist, POPSUGAR, NowThis News, The Dodo, and Seeker.

With a background in advertising research, Bobby founded the advertising research team at Thrillist Media, emphasizing the impact of branded content in authentic communication with consumers, later extending his expertise to serve the entire Group Nine portfolio.

Prior to his roles at Thrillist and Group Nine, Bobby worked at Nielsen in the Advertiser Solutions division, honing his skills in TV & Digital advertising practices and brand strategy through exposure to a vast network of consumer, audience, and media products.

Bobby's specialties encompass a wide array of skills including data analysis, data visualization, branding, consumer sentiment, advertising creative, project management, client reporting, public speaking, and the preparation and delivery of research and sales pitches.

He has extensive experience with various audience measurement and analytical products such as Nielsen, Kantar Millward Brown, comScore, DMPs, Facebook for Business, CrowdTangle, Tubular Labs, MOAT Analytics, Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, Google 360 Suite, and Vision Critical.

Educationally, Bobby LaCivita pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics and Cinema at Denison University following his studies at Greenwich High School.

Throughout his career, Bobby has held key positions including Global Head of Research, Creative Works at Google, Senior Director of Research, Director of Research at The CoLab at Thrillist Media Group, Research Manager of Integrated Marketing Communications, and various research analyst roles at Nielsen and Erard Moore Associates.
