Bonnie Shaw is a leader in public sector innovation, adaptive leadership, and data-informed design with a diverse career spanning public, private, and social sectors.

With a background in landscape architecture and urban design, Bonnie transitioned to technology development and innovation, working with notable organizations like the Whitehouse, NASA, and Hilton Hotels.

As the Smart City Practice Lead at the City of Melbourne, Bonnie established Australia's first smart cities office and co-founded Place Intelligence, a GeoAi startup focused on making big data accessible for evidence-based decision-making.

Currently, Bonnie serves as the Chief Entrepreneur in Residence at the Municipal Association of Victoria and is actively involved in education and capacity development, holding adjunct professor roles at top universities.

Passionate about data-informed design, Bonnie founded the Data Informed Design community and is the creative director of SHTF SHFT, exploring the impacts of stress exposure.

Bonnie's accolades include being a finalist in the Australian and New Zealand Women in AI Awards, a global Ai Visionary award recipient, and a trained Human Potential Coach specializing in data-driven bio-hacking.

Her educational background includes studies at the University of Melbourne, Queensland University of Technology, and the Human Potential Institute, among others.
