The first and last thing I’ll say is this: Your coach should be worthy of your trust.
That trust is the foundation for incredible results. Just this past week, a first-time client cried on the phone because they finally felt truly seen. Another long-time client cried with joy after achieving a goal we’ve been working toward for years. Both thanked me, but the real credit belongs to them—for their hard work and commitment to the process.
I don’t share this to sound self-serving. I share it because many people don’t realize the kind of support they can have. - Coaching isn’t just about advice; it’s about partnership, trust, and transformation.

Boulder Startup Week - 6 years after Delta Awesome’s Launch.
In 2018, I was working on this thing jokingly called Delta Awesome full-time. The real kickoff for us was running the Founder Track at Boulder Startup Week. We ended up having something like 11 panels and were the second most attended track that year. From that, people started coming up to me and asking what I was up to for a ‘job’ to which I didn’t have a great elevator pitch. I still kinda don’t.
Back then I’d say, “capital costs are too high because of the failure rate of startups” and “accelerators are great, but they don’t finish the job” and I’m working to solve that.
Now we say, “Business has the power to change the world for the better; we have the ability to help”.
Now, 6 years later, having worked with well over 100 companies. As a facilitator for strategy days, an executive coach, and I liberally apply my education and network to solving the C-level problems for my clients.
