Brad Hogarth is a versatile musician and educator based in the San Francisco Bay Area. He is currently the Associate Professor of Conducting at San Francisco State University.234 Hogarth is also the Associate Conductor of the Monterey Symphony45 and maintains a busy schedule as a guest conductor, trumpeter, and educator.1

In addition to his academic role, Hogarth serves as the music director and conductor for both the Art Haus Collective and the Contra Costa Wind Symphony.1 He is known for his innovative approach to music performance, as demonstrated by the Art Haus Collective's production of Stravinsky's Rite of Spring at Burning Man, which attracted an estimated 10,000 attendees.1

As a performer, Hogarth regularly plays trumpet with the San Francisco Symphony, Opera, and Ballet Orchestras.1 He has also toured with the Indianapolis Symphony to the Kennedy Center and performed as guest principal trumpet in the Louisville Orchestra.1
