As we gear up for two weeks of Super Bowl ad chatter, I wanted to share something awesome that happened last week. MilkPEP and GALE, who have been supporting female marathon runners for the past two years, have announced a female-only marathon designed by women for women.

Taking place on the weekend of November 16th in Savannah, the marathon promises to be a wellness experience like no other. As runners sign-up they can share their "why they run" story. Reading the reasons this weekend, it became very clear that we are doing something special and important.

I am proud of the dedication of MilkPEP and GALE to supporting female runners and creating an inclusive community. Congratulations to the team for bringing this inspiring event to life. Check out the link below.

Eight years ago, when we started GALE, we didn’t know Breakthrough Media Agency of the Year, or the Adage A list even existed. We wanted to create an agency that brought a business lens to marketing. An agency focused on hiring great people and working with great clients, all guided by core values. Last week we won these awards (see below), and I thank the folks at Adweek and Adage for their recognition. But, for me, this is another milestone in the complex journey of building a modern agency. One that believes in bringing creative, media, business strategy, and data back together. Not all clients may use all our services, but we’re an agency that believes in showing up with integrated business thinking. Below is a short list of people who have helped along the way. Some before the journey even started and some during the journey. It will be interesting to see what is next at GALE, but I know it will be challenging, exciting, and rewarding as the last eight years.
