Bradley has successfully led over 80 CRM projects, focusing on driving business value and enhancing end-user processes. With more than a decade dedicated to CRM and Salesforce.com lifecycle management, he excels in scoping, implementation, deployment, and change enablement.

With 14+ years of experience in senior management-level roles encompassing sales, operations, resource management, and finance, Bradley brings a holistic approach to program and project management, business process automation, and implementation using both waterfall and agile methodologies.

Prior to establishing Convoko, Bradley played a pivotal role as a co-founder at Configero LLC, a prominent Salesforce.com implementation company in the Southeast. Under his leadership, the firm scaled revenue from $200k in the first year to almost $5M ARR by the fourth year.

Bradley's professional journey includes an 8+ year tenure at Accenture, where he led large-scale HRIS projects, and a role at Callidus Software overseeing enterprise sales compensation initiatives, showcasing his versatile skill set in business consulting and relationship management.
