Brady Bouchard

Emergency/Addiction physician, technical entrepreneur and former engineer

Brady Bouchard is an Emergency and Addiction Medicine Physician with a focus on rural Canada. He currently holds the position of Provincial Emergency Medicine Addictions and Vulnerable Populations Lead, overseeing the integration of Emergency Medicine and Addictions, including education, translation of knowledge, and research.

Brady's prior roles include serving on the Board and as President of the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC), as well as being on the Board of the Saskatchewan Medical Association.

Apart from his medical profession, Brady is the technical co-founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of ElectionBuddy, Inc., a successful online platform for conducting meetings and elections. This venture has been operating and expanding for over a decade, handling numerous elections with millions of voters.

His educational background is diverse, ranging from a Master of Public Health from Imperial College London to certifications in Family Medicine from the University of Saskatchewan, along with studies in Medical Leadership and Business.

Brady's professional interests lie at the intersection of medicine and technology, reflecting his unique expertise in these areas.

Throughout his career, Brady has held various positions in different organizations, including roles such as Emergency/Addiction Medicine Physician, Assistant Professor, and Pandemic Site Lead at Saskatchewan Health Authority, as well as Family Medicine Department Lead and Hospitalist Co-Lead.

He has also worked as a Locum Physician in rural areas and served as a Rural Family Physician at the University of Saskatchewan, showcasing his commitment to providing medical services in underserved communities.
