Brandi has held various key roles in notable organizations, including Program Officer at First 5 LA and Director of Organizational Services at the NYC Department of Education.

Her experience also includes leading Teacher Residency Program Design at KIPP LA Schools, serving as an Education Pioneers Fellow and Consultant in Human Capital at the NYC Department of Education.

Additionally, Brandi has contributed as the Deputy Chief of Staff for the Division of Talent, Labor & Innovation, Turnaround Project Manager, and Operations Manager in several educational institutions in New York.

She also served in operational roles at The Broad Superintendents Academy and The Broad Residency at The Broad Center for the Management of School Systems.
