Bank of Canada set to make the first interest rate cut of easing cycle "All ducks appear to be in a row for the Bank of Canada to kick-start the policy easing cycle and lower the overnight rate by 25 basis points to 4.75% on Wednesday. The move follows cuts from the Swiss National Bank and the Riksbank (central bank of Sweden) in recent weeks and comes after the overnight rate was held at a restrictive 5% for about a year (the last rate hike was July 2023)." #mortgages #firsttimehomebuyers #realtors #realestate #rates #homepurchase #banking #mississaugarealestate #torontorealestate #bcmakingmortgageshappen #rbc #refinances
"The divergence indicates the BoC should begin cutting interest rates earlier (and faster) than the Fed. We look for a first cut in June compared to the first expected move from the Fed later in December. We anticipate 100 basis points worth of interest rate cuts from the BoC by the end of this year versus just one 25 basis point cut from the Fed." #mortgages #interestrates #firsttimehomebuyers #homebuyers #realtors #realestate #torontorealestate #mississaugarealestate #bcmakingmortgageshappen #banking #rbc #refinance ##realestateagents

Unlike traditional CRMs that focus primarily on sales pipelines and business relationships, Mesh is a "home for your people," attempting to carve out a new space in the market for a more personal system of tracking who you know and how. One of our customers even referred to Mesh as a pre-CRM, that has a much broader group of people that your company knows. Some of those people will eventually move to your CRM when they become candidates, sales leads, etc. Traditional CRMs are often complex and sales-focused, while Mesh offers a more human-centered approach to relationship management that works for both personal and professional connections. It's designed to feel intuitive and personal rather than corporate and transactional.
