Brandon D. Fugal is a distinguished business leader with a national reputation, having been honored as the EY Entrepreneur of the Year for the Western Region and serving as the Chairman and co-owner of Colliers International in Utah.

Prior to his involvement with Colliers International, Brandon co-founded Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors, achieving remarkable success with the firm being ranked number one internationally for 14 consecutive years and operating in 30 offices across 11 states. He was also acknowledged as the top agent globally.

Brandon Fugal is a recognized figure in the commercial real estate industry, notably serving as the 2022 CCIM Utah Office Broker of the Year and being consistently acknowledged for his excellence in this field over the past decade.

In addition to his real estate ventures, Brandon is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor, playing key roles in companies like Cypher, Axcend, and Texas Growth Fund, along with spearheading various prominent projects such as developments in Oahu, Skinwalker Ranch, Evermore Park, and Thanksgiving Development.

A native of Pleasant Grove, Brandon has been actively engaged in his community and beyond, having a strong presence in organizations like the Utah Symphony | Utah Opera Board of Trustees, the Governor's Economic Council, the Utah Valley Chamber of Commerce, and philanthropic ventures alongside his wife Kristen.
