At Starcom, he also led the Mobile Center of Excellence, focusing on mobile trends and consumer insights.135

Starkoff was known for his thought leadership in data privacy and marketing innovation, emphasizing the importance of transparency and collaboration in the martech ecosystem.3 He was also actively involved in philanthropic efforts, supporting organizations like the American Brain Tumor Association and The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.14

Unfortunately, Brandon Starkoff passed away in September 2022.2
