Brandon Torres Declet is a well-respected figure in the drone industry, renowned for his entrepreneurial and innovative contributions. He is the co-founder of Measure, an esteemed aerial intelligence company, which he led as CEO to the top echelons of the drone industry in terms of revenue. Brandon successfully raised over $28M in venture capital and orchestrated the sale of Measure's drone services division to the Aerodyne Group in 2019.

With a rich background bridging the private and public sectors, Brandon's career kickstarted by providing support to the Departments of Defense and Homeland Security. His public service record boasts senior roles within prominent entities like the NYPD, the Senate Intelligence and Judiciary Committees, and the House Homeland Security Committee. Noteworthy contributions include his involvement in the FAA Drone Registration Task Force and securing the largest ever Section 333 exemption from the FAA.
