Brandon Yoon is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in leadership coaching, data analysis, and business strategy. Today, I had the honor of attending a book concert by Professor David Clutterbuck, the founder of EMCC (www.emccglobal.org) and a professor at Oxford Brookes Universities, who has authored over 80 books on coaching and mentoring.
Having completed the Team Coach Foundation Course in January and the Practitioner Course in May, this was my first in-person encounter with him. Meeting him in person, I found him to be exceptionally humorous and gentlemanly, reminiscent of a friendly neighborhood grandfather.
Although it was just a brief two-hour session, it provided a valuable opportunity to revisit and refine my understanding of team coaching concepts.
Working in this industry, I increasingly realize that coaching is an endlessly deep and broad discipline that demands a high level of expertise.
I left today's session feeling intellectually stimulated and motivated.

Over the past two days, I had the pleasure of conducting a coaching leadership lecture and workshop for middle managers from the six companies of the DB Group.
I have observed that many companies are increasingly interested in coaching, and this event reaffirmed that trend.
It’s evident that more and more HRD managers are obtaining coaching certifications such as KAC, KPC, or international certifications.
Although the participants came from different companies, they shared a strong desire to help others grow and were highly engaged in learning and practicing essential coaching conversation skills, active listening skills, and feedback techniques necessary in the workplace.
A big shout-out to all the senior managers and professionals from the DB Group who participated this week.
