He has worked as a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and served as a Developmental Engineer in the U.S. Air Force Reserve. Moreover, he has held roles such as Associate at Magnify Ventures, Summer Consultant at BCG, Venture Associate at Republic, Associate at Chingona Ventures, and Venture Associate at Illuminate Ventures, among others.

Braylon's professional journey has seen him contribute significantly in roles such as Chief of Air Force Materiel Command Test and Evaluation Inspections at Air Force Materiel Command, Lead Systems Engineer at Kessel Run, Executive Officer at the Joint Special Operations Air Component - Central (JSOAC-C) in the Air Force Special Operations Command, and Launch Site Integration Manager at Air Force Space Command.

His educational foundation includes attending North Shore Senior High School and participating in programs like the MBA Prep Fellow and MBA Professional Development Fellow at Management Leadership for Tomorrow.
