Brett Calhoun is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in business, management, and international development.

He holds an M.B.A. with a focus on Consulting, Private Equity, and International Development from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Brett also completed a B.B.A. specializing in International Business and Emerging Markets at Howard University.

His career includes significant roles at major organizations, such as Amazon, where he served as Category Leader for Africa, Head of Vendor Management and Manager of Vendor Managers for Lifestyles Canada, and Senior Program Manager for Strategic Initiatives in Canada.

Prior to his time at Amazon, Brett was the Country Manager at OneUni, Inc., held key positions in sales and data management at Airtel Kenya and Millicom, and worked in finance at Inter-Afrique Capital.

He has also gained valuable experience through various fellowships, including Business Development at The Whitaker Group and M&A Strategy as a GMIX Fellow at Tri Marine Group.

Additionally, Brett has a strong educational foundation, having been a student at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and Capitol Hill Day School, and having worked as an Analyst at Credit Suisse and an Editorial Intern at Peace Corps.
