Highlights
As part of Levi's corporate restructure, the in-house AI/ML team focused on e-commerce product recommendations, search, & browse has been dissolved. Consequently, there are many talented folks on the market right now. If you are looking for experienced applied ML engineers and data scientists at any level ranging from entry level to Sr. Manager (me), please DM me. Talented folks in every North American time zone.
As for me personally, I’m seeking a similar role to continue to build and lead applied ML / data science teams focused around critical aspects of e-commerce (search & product recommendations, advertising tech, marketing outreach, customer loyalty etc.) or industrial IoT. It has been fun leading my peers to impactful and innovative solutions, multiple patents and even Forbes recognition.
Ideally, this would be a Senior Manager position or Principal / Lead that allows me to remain based in Chicago, IL with light travel. Therefore remote roles or full-time/hybrid roles in the Chicago area are ideal.
I am a results-driven data science leader who has been building and leading global cross-functional AI/ML teams to create impactful, innovative and scalable retail e-commerce recommendation systems and other marketing tech applications for major brands over several years now.
