Finance business partnership has been a recurring theme in my discussions with FP&A leaders over the past six months.
It’s a principle I deeply believe in: business partnership, built upon a deep understanding of the operational metrics that impact financial performance, is crucial for elevating the role of FP&A and driving business success.
However, many teams are struggling to achieve this.
