Brian Ezequiel Frenkel is a highly educated professional with a strong background in International Humanitarian Law, Human Rights, and Public International Law.

He has worked as a Human Rights and Humanitarian Affairs Adviser at the Permanent Mission to the UN, a Legal Intern at the Disaster Law Programme at IFRC, and a Legal Intern at the Centre for Civil and Political Rights (CCPR), among others.

His experience also includes positions such as Legal Assistant at the International Law Commission (ILC) at the United Nations, Legal Adviser at the General National Defender's Office in Argentina, and Consultant at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). He has also worked as an External Consultant at Gullermo Jorge & Associates and as a Legal Adviser at the Ministry of Defense in Argentina.
