Dr. Brian Miller, MD, MBA, MPH, is an Assistant Professor of Medicine and Business (courtesy) at Johns Hopkins University with a background in health policy analysis.

He serves as a consultant to the FTC Bureau of Consumer Protection on health insurance and is a member of the Medicare Evidence Development & Coverage Advisory Committee.
