The red-dragonfly.vc journey has afforded me the opportunity to meet with incredible people who happen to also be kick ass entrepreneurs. One of these is Parker Graham , CEO and Cofounder of Vestible. I’m honored to have been invited to Vestible’s Advisory Board, joining them on their path of providing income for Professional Athletes pre, during, and post their playing careers.

Founders have to believe in both themselves and their mission, even against headwinds.

Parker went  from a two star “nobody” coming out of high school to a three year and first team all-Big 12 player at Oklahoma State.  While applying himself to sports, he also graduated early with a double major and minor and went on to get an MBA while under scholarship.

Undrafted out of College, Parkers grit and determination earned him a spot to join either the Giants, Jets, Bills and in the end he chose the Baltimore Ravens. From there, he started in business as a wealth advisor specializing in investing in alternative assets with entrepreneurs. From that start, he never looked back.

Parker, and the Vestible Team, personify the Entrepreneurial Spirit we look for in our Portfolio Companies . Their vision, rigor, and grit fits RDF’s credo to a T.

For those of you who have asked about my next chapter, here it is:

Over the past several years I have contemplated launching a fund. Doing direct deals with Entrepreneurs has been inspiring, and helping my friends raise for their funds has been very educational. Working with and for PE firms and VCs provided opportunities forcing me to grow.

I’m personally grateful to my mentors over the years, you know who you are, and to the CEO’s, Founders, and LP’s who have shown their confidence in red-dragonfly.vc

More to come.....Let's Go!
