Highlights

May 3 · linkedin

For the past several years, Octagon R&CPMK has brought our collective companies together during the month of May to recognize Mental Health Awareness Month. Research has shown mental health and physical health are closely connected and that physical activity has many well-established mental health benefits including: improved brain health and cognitive function, a reduced risk of anxiety and depression, improved sleep and overall quality of life. As such, a staple of our monthly programming is Get Your Move On. A program where employees are invited to engage in an activity they choose, and to connect with colleagues around the world by sharing activities and pictures.   Members of our CT office get things kicked off with a group walk through Oyster Shell Park in South Norwalk.
