Just landed in NYC - honored to be speaking at SaaSOpen → Sept 5-6, NYC (by Nathan Latka).
The agenda is packed to the brim with lessons from SaaS founders and GTM operators, so the pressure is on haha
Looking forward to learning from others and sharing my frameworks, and hope to see some familiar faces around as well!
As for what’s next..
TRIVIA: Why are SaaS CEO's with $100m+ in revenue getting together in the velvet room at Soho House next year?
Answer: https://lu.ma/S2025
The engineering team at Copy.ai has built a powerful go-to-market AI workflows product, and we’ve been using it to personalize emails at scale.
In natural language, I’m able to define the end-to-end workflow I want, and Copy.ai will translate it into the appropriate steps, which can go from scraping and analyzing websites to pushing and pulling data from integrated apps.
This enables users to build infinitely customizable workflows such as enriching new contacts in their CRMs or sending Slack notifications to AEs before a sales call with research on the prospect.
But all that aside, the coolest part for me is seeing how they've extended and implemented Paragon for the integrations in their product.
They're essentially generating the necessary integration webhook triggers and steps (powered by Paragon) via the natural language description that the user provides.
I've tried breaking it, but it's been able to generate the right integration steps every single time.
Crazy stuff.
Can’t wait to share more of these over time. Tons of AI SaaS companies are cooking up interesting integration use cases, from ingesting unstructured data from hundreds of files and apps to equipping their agentic workflows with integrations.
