She holds a Master's degree in Sports Business Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Commerce from the University of Central Florida.

Briana has gained extensive experience by working in various roles in different organizations. She served as the Community Relations Manager at the Baltimore Ravens, where she demonstrated her expertise in managing community relationships effectively. Prior to that, she held positions at Mississippi State University as the Assistant Director of Student-Athlete Development and Assistant Director of Administration, showcasing her versatility and leadership skills in the collegiate sports environment.

In addition to her work in sports organizations, Briana Vaughn has also been involved with Women Leaders in College Sports, where she contributed to the Institute for Administrative Advancement and the NCAA/Women Leaders in College Sports Leadership Symposium. Her participation in the Emerging Leaders Seminar at the NCAA further highlights her commitment to professional growth and development in the sports industry.

Throughout her career, Briana has held various roles that have honed her skills in administration, operations, fan support, and internship coordination. Her experience includes working with organizations such as the Orlando Magic NBA Team, The National Consortium for Academics and Sports, and the UCF Athletics Association Inc. in different capacities.

With her blend of academic qualifications and hands-on experience in sports management and administration, Briana Vaughn stands out as a dedicated and accomplished professional in the field.
