Brigitte Rudram is a technical adviser specializing in youth engagement on climate change adaptation, disaster risk reduction, and resilience for the Red Cross Red Crescent and various partners.

She has a strong background in participatory design, action research, interactive education, and partnership development.

Her extensive experience spans across countries like the Philippines, Haiti, Lebanon, Guatemala, Micronesia, Indonesia, East, West & Southern Africa, working closely with youth from the Mediterranean region.

Brigitte holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Climate Change and Development with distinction from the Institute of Development Studies, UK.

Her educational journey includes a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Geography with First Class honors from the University of Nottingham, an exchange semester in Geography at The University of Queensland, and initial studies in Medicine at The University of Birmingham.

In her professional career, Brigitte Rudram has worked in various roles. She has served as a Consultant in Climate Change, Disaster Risk Reduction, and Child Protection at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC).

Previously, she contributed as a Researcher in the Digital and Technology Cluster at the Institute of Development Studies, held positions as a Junior Researcher at Plan International, a Technical Adviser at the Red Cross Red Crescent Climate Centre, and a Visiting Researcher at CIAT.

Moreover, her past roles include serving as a Regional Manager for West Africa and an International Officer focusing on Sub-Saharan Africa at The University of Nottingham.
