Started a new job as VP, Social Strategy at Edelman back in April! Time flies when you're having fun (and scrolling through TikTok)! Figured I should update y'all here!

As we near the end of Women’s History Month I’d be remiss not to shoutout my favorite female owned business:

the ness nyc founded by Colette Dong and Aly Giampolo

The ness is a trampoline fitness studio in New York City with on-demand + live-streaming too! But really it’s so much more.

  • It’s the only workout I love and never dread
  • Each class is a cure for my anxiety
  • My classmates + trainers are my community and my friends
  • The studio is my sanctuary
  • The app is my travel companion to stay fit + connected while I’m away
  • The founders, Co + Aly, are my inspiration (and often my cheerleaders)

These women are incredible. I am constantly in awe of everything they’ve accomplished:

  • developing a fitness method that works (both the body + mind)
  • opening a studio in NYC
  • creating a digital experience with 700+ classes
  • recruiting and mentoring the greatest trainers on earth

Running a small business is hard — with all the fun stuff comes all the other stuff: legal, contracts, developers, marketing, partnerships, payroll, analytics, production, landlords and more. I really don’t know how they do it all, but they do, and they do it really well.

Colette, Aly and the ness nyc saved my sanity through the pandemic. And they’ve come to my rescue again during my layoff. Thank you and BRAVO to everything you’ve accomplished. I’m forever impressed.

Try it (for free). You don’t need a trampoline to get started!
