Highlights
It's hard to believe that I entered education a decade ago. I have grown immensely as a person and as a professional through this incredibly meaningful work. For all things there is a season, and I am excited to share a season of change in my life.
After much reflection and soul searching, I have decided to transition from education into Organizational Development with the aim of supporting social impact organizations in shifting realities for underserved communities. I'm excited to share that I have accepted a role as Director of Organizational Development on Boys & Girls Clubs of America's National Team supporting metro clubs here on the west coast. I look forward to contributing to this incredible movement!
I want to thank all of you in my network who supported me through this transition and shared your wisdom. It may have seemed small to answer messages, hop on phone calls, and make connections, but it meant the world to me! I am immensely grateful!
