Looking forward to another great event next week! I’ll be at Mile High Dreamin’ on August 28th and am excited to join the Female Founders Panel discussion that afternoon. If you’ll be there, let’s connect—I’d love to catch up! #MHD24 #milehighdreamin #salesforce
Reflecting on last week’s WITness Conference, there were so many special moments, including some with my youngest son. Being in work mode among a group of professionals and then having the opportunity to share what Mom does was a teaching moment that I was thrilled to share with him.
Here are my three favorite highlights:
1. Moderating the “How to Fight the Fire of Burnout” Panel: It was a truly special experience to be in a room where everyone felt comfortable being vulnerable. We shared invaluable strategies for self-care and supporting others.
2. Letting Loose at the Gala: The dance floor and karaoke were perfect outlets to unwind and have fun. It was refreshing to relax and not worry about being judged—even if my singing was a little off-tune! 😉
3. Mentor/Mentee Speed Dating: I loved the format, where we shared our top 3 superpowers for mentoring and heard the top 3 areas others were seeking guidance. In just 3 minutes, we could identify if there was a fit, without any pressure to continue if there wasn’t.
These moments made the WITness Conference unforgettable and reaffirmed the importance of community and connection. #WITnessConference #BurnoutPrevention #Mentorship #Community #ConferenceHighlights
